Happy Fourth from our Top Dog
Remember a couple of weeks ago when I posted about taking Stickers to a TV station to shoot a promo? Well, Stickers is now officially a TV star! And we think our precious girl looks adorable in her spot…even though she does have questionable taste in programming…
It was very very exciting to catch her promo a couple times already. Lots of hooting and hollering.

Scenes from the U
We have officially become stage parents. Today, Pete, Stickers, and I spent the afternoon in the glamorous WCIU studios (surrounded by Svengooli props) waiting to shoot her U Dog promo. If you’re not familiar, these promos air during commercial breaks on this local, syndication and reruns-heavy television channel. We are hoping for “Here’s Stickers! She loves Seinfeld!” But we will laugh if we end up seeing “Here’s Stickers! She loves Judge Mathis!” Everyone at the U was so nice, and the shoot was fun. Though Stickers did run off afterwards, and Pete had to chase her across their morning show set.

Stickers on the Beach
It was a gorgeous day in Chicago, so we decided to take a stroll with Stickers (and some Holiday cards—check lafamiliagreen.com soon) and the camera to the beach. Here are a few of our favorite shots.
Narrow House
I love looking at photos of home interiors. Who doesn’t? So I was very excited to see this unique Rogers Park home in Time Out Chicago this week. Stickers and I admire it daily as we stroll around the park. It’s hard for me to resist peering in the windows. Now I don’t have to. Now I just have to resist the urge to ring the doorbell and tell this family how much I enjoyed seeing photos of their cool house in Time Out.
