Summer Girlfriends “Shockwave” Video
Subterranean is hosting a fabulous bill of music tonight featuring Summer Girlfriends, Coffin Pricks, Radar Eyes and Hollows. It’s a record release show for both Coffin Pricks and Hollows. While I have yet to hear Group Home Haircut, the new EP from Coffin Pricks, I can’t stop listening to Vulture, the new record from Hollows. My favorite song might be “Shapeshifter,” but it could be that I’m just a sucker for any song that features a whistle. It’s also a big day for Summer Girlfriends because today the The A.V. Club premiered the new video for “Shockwaves,” the first single from their album Shockwaves which is due out on 6/5. You should go for the music, but maybe you will even have a chance to pick up one of these fantastic Ryan Duggan posters.
